Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in North Carolina is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work in-home delivering 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training.

You will collaborate with a supervising BCBA, collect data, and share progress with families. Full-time or part-time shifts with after-school and weekend availability are offered, with competitive hourly pay and benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism
• Collect data on treatment goals during sessions
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans
