Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings in Waxhaw, NC. You will collect data, implement behavior plans under supervision, and support families with practical strategies.

The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), competitive pay of $20–$28/hour, and ongoing training under experienced BCBAs. Reliable transportation and after-school hours availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates

Education
