Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will collect data on progress and work under supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized behavior plans.

The role offers flexible hours, with full-time or part-time options, and opportunities for ongoing training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
