Heartlinks ABA in Charlotte is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, helping children with autism develop communication, social, and independence skills. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship from a BCBA while tracking progress and adjusting strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Active RBT certification.
