Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will collect data, collaborate with a supervising BCBA, and share progress with families to support skill development.

Full-time and part-time options are available with flexible after-school hours. Training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs are provided to help you grow in the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
