Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Marshville, NC is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings. You’ll help children build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

You’ll work under supervision of a BCBA, collect data, and adapt plans; full-time or part-time shifts with afternoons/evenings. Competitive pay and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with coursework in psychology or education preferred.
• Active RBT certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
