Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in North Carolina to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home for children with autism. You will help kids develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training.

You will work with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, collect data on goals, and share progress with families. Full-time or part-time shifts with afternoons/evenings available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology/education is a plus.
• Active RBT certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to in-home visits.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
