Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking a Behavior Technician to implement behavior support plans and provide ABA-based instruction under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will collect and report data to the supervising BCBA, collaborate with the family, and help clients develop new skills in a part-time, fee-for-service role that requires availability after school and evenings.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older per MA ABA requirements.
• Available after school, evenings and late evenings.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. Visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Implement clients’ behavior support plans and ABA-based instruction under BCBA direction.
• Monitor and collect data on client behavior and report to supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and family to support meaningful behavior changes.
