Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Massachusetts. You will implement behavior support plans, provide ABA-based instruction, and work under the supervision of a BCBA to help clients develop new skills.

You will monitor client behavior, collect data, and communicate findings to the supervising BCBA and families. A compassionate approach and reliable transportation are required for after-school hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 24 months experience with development disabilities or related populations.
• Associate degree or higher in human/social/educational services or related field; 12 months relevant experience.
• BACB RBT certification with 12 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement clients' behavior support plans to reduce problematic behavior and provide ABA-based instruction.
• Monitor and collect data on client behavior; report to supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBA and family to support meaningful behavior change.
