Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HQIM and standards-aligned instruction.
• Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners, including IEP/504 accommodations.
• Strong data-use skills to drive instruction and monitor student progress.
• SEL integration to build belonging and positive classroom culture.
• Ability to provide timely, actionable feedback and maintain accurate grades.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction using HQIM and communicate daily objectives.
• Plan/adapt units and lessons, script questions, models, and anticipated misconceptions.
• Use data to drive instruction and adjust plans based on assessments.
• Differentiate and scaffold using diverse strategies and accommodate IEP/504 plans.
• Provide timely feedback and maintain transparent grades; collaborate with DSS/ESL staff.
• Plan and maintain routines, engage families with clear communication, and support recruitment and retention.
