KIPP New Orleans Schools (KNOS) is seeking a dedicated teacher to join our 13-school network in New Orleans. You will deliver rigorous instruction, implement HQIM, and support student achievement across grades elementary–high school.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• State teaching credential preferred or required where applicable.
• Experience in urban schools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction using HQIM; communicate objectives and success criteria.
• Plan and adapt lessons to build conceptual understanding and fluency.
• Use data to drive instruction and inform tomorrow's plan.
• Differentiate and scaffold using diverse strategies; coordinate with ESL staff.
• Provide timely feedback and maintain transparent grades.
