Job summary

KIPP New Orleans Schools (KNOS) is seeking a full-time teacher who will deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction and differentiated supports to meet diverse student needs. You will plan, assess, and adjust instruction using data while maintaining strong communication with families and colleagues.

As part of KNOS, you will contribute to a safe, inclusive, and high-expectation learning environment, participate in school-wide initiatives, and support students from elementary to high school

Qualifications

• Must pass reference check, identity and work authorization (I-9)
• State teaching credential required
• Two years of teaching experience in urban, open enrollment schools preferred
• Strong commitment to equity and professional growth

Responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction using HQIM.
• Differentiate and scaffold for multilingual learners and students with disabilities.
• Use data to inform planning and progress monitoring.
• Provide timely feedback and maintain accurate grades.
• Collaborate with families and support staff to support student growth.
