Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of work experience in a project management support role.
• Experience in non-profit, military, multicultural and/or global organizations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect data, perform research and prepare reports, including operational, statistical, and financial reports.
• Coordinate program requests, track participant information, and develop programmatic reports; handle virtual event logistics and metrics collection.
• Create and distribute program and event communications, newsletters and marketing materials.
