Responsibilities

• Strategic planning with the MD and senior team on priorities and sustainability.
• Develop operational policies and manage the operations budget.
• Improve admin, communications, tech and premises systems.
• Lead operational projects and quality assurance.
• Oversee data collection, evaluation and annual data review.
• Produce insights for impact reports and funding applications.
• Line manage the Business Support Administrator and Data Consultant.
