Community Impact Bucks is seeking a data and impact lead to analyse monitoring data, develop reports and dashboards, and tell impact stories. You will improve data quality and support GDPR compliance, helping project teams meet funder reporting requirements.

Lead Community Impact Bucks’ data and impact work, helping teams understand results and communicate the value of their services. Report to the Head of Programmes and Business Development.
Community Impact Bucks supports local charities, volunteers and communities through partnerships, capacity building and community services.
Analyse monitoring and evaluation data and develop clear reports, dashboards, visualisations and impact stories. Improve data quality, validation and consistent reporting while supporting GDPR compliance. Help project teams meet funder reporting requirements, train colleagues in data and reporting, contribute to annual impact reporting and explore digital tools that improve learning and delivery.
Bring experience of data analysis, monitoring, evaluation and impact measurement, including checking complex datasets and presenting findings for different audiences. You will need strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups and data validation, alongside experience with CRM or case-management systems. A relevant qualification or equivalent experience in analysis, research, statistics or evaluation is required.
Work collaboratively, manage deadlines independently and communicate clearly with service teams. Charity-sector experience, feedback mechanisms and knowledge of funder requirements are helpful. Occasional work outside normal hours may be required.
Permanent, 16 hours per week. Hybrid working includes at least one day each week at the Aylesbury office and regular in-person collaboration. Advertised actual salary: £14,629 annually; full-time equivalent: £32,000.
