Villiers Park Educational Trust is seeking a Data and Insights Manager to enhance our data collection and evaluation practices. The role will primarily focus on coordinating mixed-methods evaluations to understand young people's experiences and the impact of our programs.

The successful candidate will work closely with teams to develop effective monitoring strategies while ensuring compliance with GDPR and safeguarding regulations. Hybrid work options are available, with a preference for proximity to our regional hubs or Cambridge office.

Formación

• Experience in monitoring and evaluation approaches.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
• Familiarity with data management and GDPR compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and review monitoring and evaluation approaches.
• Collaborate with teams to develop Theories of Change.
• Design and deploy data capture methods.
