Job summary

Literations seeks a Systems & Enablement Manager to own and optimize our monday.com environment, ensuring staff have the right tools and training to excel. You will collaborate across Field Services, Operations and Recruitment to assess functionality and implement improvements.

This full-time role blends data governance, automations, and reporting to demonstrate impact for grants and stakeholders. You’ll translate complex data needs into simple workflows while maintaining data security and

Qualifications

2-3+ years managing monday.com environments.
Proven success building advanced automations.
Experience handling sensitive data (FERPA, HIPAA).
Strong documentation and training abilities.
Nonprofit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Own and optimize the monday.com workspace.
Design and maintain boards tracking enrollment, progress, and literacy outcomes.
Maintain data separation for FERPA compliance and security.
Create dashboards to support grant reporting for leadership and funders.
Ensure data integrity across workspaces and govern data standards.
Liaise for EC data migrations and platform updates.
