Job summary

Torus, a housing and support services provider, seeks an Operations Manager to lead supported housing and specialist projects. You will coordinate commissioning, mobilisation and ongoing development across schemes, ensuring trauma-informed refuge services and strong partnerships with commissioners and health partners.

The role emphasises flexible working patterns, multi-site travel, and responsibility for high-quality outcomes for residents and communities.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent.
• Commitment to CIH Level 4.
• Experience developing, commissioning or managing supported housing services.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning, mobilisation and development of supported housing schemes.
• Collaborate with commissioners, local authorities and health partners to create sustainable housing solutions.
• Oversee management of existing schemes and partnerships with third-party providers.
• Lead operational delivery of refuge accommodation services for domestic abuse victims.
• Develop service specifications and SLAs for new and existing projects.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, standards and contractual requirements.
• Drive service improvement via performance management, audits and data analysis.
