Job summary

SNV seeks a Senior Manager for Impact and Intelligence to lead client-facing impact measurement and cross-portfolio intelligence across our Accelerator engagements. You will design frameworks, develop theories of change, and manage evidence that informs strategy and strengthens market position.

In a remote, contract capacity, you’ll synthesize findings across programs, maintain reusable assets, and guide knowledge management. Strong English and familiarity with IRIS+, IMP, GIIRS are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in impact measurement, monitoring and evaluation.
• Experience delivering client-facing impact measurement services.
• Familiarity with impact investing and development finance landscape.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver impact measurement frameworks for clients—impact investors, blended finance facilities, agribusinesses, and government counterparts.
• Develop results chains, theories of change, and indicator sets for engagements where measurement is part of the scope.
• Conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting to investor-grade standards.
• Package measurement outputs as standalone deliverables.
• Build and synthesize cross-portfolio intelligence into actionable insights.
