Job summary

Proximate seeks a Senior Manager for Impact and Intelligence to lead client-facing impact measurement as a billable service and to synthesize evidence across the portfolio to sharpen the firm’s offer. The role blends analytical rigor with commercial acumen, turning data into actionable insights that influence strategy and growth.

You will build a knowledge base, maintain reusable assets from engagements, and own a donor and tender intelligence function.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in impact measurement, M&E, or related analytics in a commercial/advisory context.
• Experience delivering client-facing impact measurement and synthesising evidence across programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver impact measurement frameworks for clients and funders.
• Synthesize portfolio findings into consolidated intelligence and reusable assets.
• Build knowledge management systems and maintain a donor and tender intelligence function.
• Create sector evidence packs, data sheets, and proof-of-concept case studies for proposals.
• Support proposals with data, evidence, and impact methodology sections.
