Job summary

InMarket seeks a Senior Manager, Business Strategy & Intelligence to uncover insights across products, customers, markets and teams. You will partner with the CFO and senior leaders to translate ambiguous questions into actionable recommendations and executive-ready narratives.

You will design a test agenda, automate recurring analyses, and shape strategies across product, pricing, GTM and investment to drive growth. This is a remote, high-impact strategic role.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, product strategy, strategic analytics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of how products, customers, revenue, and go-to-market connect in a data-driven B2B environment.
• Proven ability to take an ambiguous business problem, structure it, analyze the underlying data, and develop a recommendation.
• Strong SQL and analytical skills with BI tools; BigQuery and Salesforce are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting analysis and recommendations to senior executives.
• Experience using AI as part of everyday analytical workflow.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business: learn products, customers, revenue model, and GTM to identify critical questions.
• Analyze performance: study product adoption, revenue, customer behavior, pricing, retention, and expansion.
• Solve ambiguous problems: structure questions, investigate data, identify root causes, and recommend actions.
• Inform strategy: evaluate product, pricing, packaging, customer, GTM, and investment opportunities.
• Understand customers and market: detect shifts and translate into business implications.
• Build a test agenda: define success measures for new ideas.
• Make analysis repeatable: automate recurring analyses and workflows.
• Close data gaps: partner with Informatics to identify missing data and instrumentation.
