SNV Proximate is an impact capital accelerator that combines commercial rigour with development impact. It works with companies and investors to mobilise capital in emerging markets and operates as a boutique advisory firm with SNV's global reach.

We are building a new accelerator and seek a senior professional to deliver impact measurement as a billable client service, synthesize engagement evidence into reusable intelligence, and own donor and tender intelligence for the pipeline.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in impact measurement or analytical roles.
• Fluency in IRIS+, IMP, DCED, and results-chain methods.
• Strong quantitative/qualitative and AI-assisted knowledge skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impact measurement as a billable client service.
• Synthesize engagement evidence into reusable intelligence.
• Own donor and tender intelligence for the pipeline.
