Job summary

MetLife Legal Plans is seeking a Product Manager for the Impact Intelligence team. This fully remote role can be located anywhere in the continental United States and focuses on turning business needs into trusted data products and insights.

You will partner with executives, analysts, and engineers to define scope, write requirements, and prioritize features that deliver measurable business impact. Strong SQL, data modeling, and Agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, ownership, or analytics product delivery.
• Ability to translate ambiguous needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of dimensional data modeling and modern data warehousing concepts.
• Strong SQL skills to explore data and validate outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Understand business objectives and success measures with stakeholders.
• Define epics, features, user stories, data requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate discovery to surface source systems, grain, and data quality expectations.
• Prioritize the product backlog and maintain a clear roadmap for Impact Intelligence capabilities.
• Collaborate with analysts and engineers to deliver scalable, secure data products.
