Common Ground Kentucky Action is seeking a Finance & Operations Manager to support finances, operations, HR, and administration. The Manager will work with the Director of Finance & Operations to strengthen infrastructure and execute special projects.

The role includes payroll coordination, budgeting, monthly/annual reporting, and coordination with program managers, with a focus on equity and inclusion across Kentucky.

Formación

• Commitment to equity and working with diverse communities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance/accounting.
• 2–3+ years in operations, finance, HR, or office management.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Experience with Google Suite.
• Willingness to travel within Kentucky.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine financial activities including accounts payable/receivable and payroll.
• Record and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks.
• Monitor cash flow and support annual budgeting and reporting.
• Support audit process and Form 990 filings.
• Coordinate staff logistics for meetings and events.
• Support partner and programmatic financial management.
