Job summary

Common Ground Kentucky Action is seeking a Program Director to lead our Program team, align partner support with our 10-year Path to Power, and build a strong coalition infrastructure. You will guide program staff, oversee data management, and coordinate with leadership to sustain and grow impact across Kentucky.

You will supervise staff, onboard coalition partners, plan convenings, and collaborate with fundraising and operations to align budgets with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management, preferably in political, nonprofit, or grassroots settings.
• Demonstrated practice in community organizing, training, base-building, and leadership development.
• Ability to lead, coach, and mentor staff; strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Program team to align programs with Path to Power priorities.
• Supervise Data Manager and two part-time staff to ensure data targeting and evaluation.
• Convene coalition partners and provide one-on-one coaching and leadership development.
• Oversee onboarding of new partner organizations and planning for annual convenings.
• Manage partner governance processes in collaboration with the Partnership Committee and Directors.
• Collaborate with Development, Operations, and other staff on budgeting and annual work plans.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to organizational strategy and fundraising goals.
