Common Ground Kentucky Action is seeking a Data Manager to support data-driven planning, coalition coordination, and secure data practices across Kentucky partners. You will bridge program staff, data vendors, and coalition members to strengthen data infrastructure and reporting.

The role emphasizes data governance, tool administration (VAN, Mobilize), and capacity-building to advance a multiracial, power-building agenda within Kentucky's civic landscape.

Qualifications

• Must have data analysis experience across multiple programs or spaces.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable strategy and storytelling.
• Familiarity with civic engagement tools, data governance, and data security practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven recommendations to inform coalition planning and field strategy.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure data integrity and accessibility of tools.
• Support internal digital security and regulatory compliant data practices.
• Collaborate with regional and national data teams to align state reporting and data infrastructure.
