Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• At least 2 years of accounts payable and general accounting experience.
• Experience with accounting software and expense management systems.
• Experience providing administrative and operational support in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities

• Support core accounting operations, including accounts payable and expense reporting.
• Process invoices and expense reports, ensuring timely payments.
• Assist with banking reconciliation and financial data accuracy.
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documents.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare materials, tracking deadlines.
