Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.

• Valid Arkansas driver license and background/drug checks required.

Responsibilities

• Manage electronic purchase orders and code invoices to proper GL, department, and project accounts.
• Prepare invoices, checks and other records; review for accuracy; ensure timely payments.
• Manage contractors and vendor database for reporting and analysis.
• Provide customer service for vendor inquiries and complete new vendor applications.
• Back up to Restricted Funds Coordinator for remote check deposits.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings; represent Arkansas Foodbank in the community.
