Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Customer Service / Data Entry Specialist to support multiple clients nationwide. The role focuses on processing applications, delivering quality customer experiences, and ensuring data accuracy.

You will work with a team to handle emails, calls, and data entry duties within standard business hours. Qualified candidates have at least 6 months in a call center, strong typing (10-key), and proficiency with Word/Excel/Access.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ months of related work experience in a call center environment.
• Proficiency in 10-key data entry.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Access.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable home internet connection with sufficient speed (50 Mbps+ recommended).

Responsibilities

• Provides basic troubleshooting and recommends solutions.
• Data Entry - enters data into various database applications.
• Compiles, sorts, interprets and verifies data for entry.
• Maintains electronic and hard-copy filing of applications and documents.
• Communicates effectively with other departments in servicing customers.
• Provides exceptional customer service and call handling.
