Resource Innovations is seeking a Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist to join our growing team in Needham, MA, with additional opportunities in Salt Lake City or remote work. You will provide customer service via calls and emails and support data entry into multiple database applications.

The role emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and teamwork across departments; you will handle data verification, respond to inquiries, maintain filing systems, and contribute to rebate processing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 6–12 months of related work experience in a call center.
• Fluent in English.
• Interest in sustainability and environmental impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via calls and emails.
• Support data entry into various database applications.
• Receive, verify, and issue data and documents related to rebates.
• Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems for applications and rebates.
• Coordinate with other departments to serve customers.
