Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist to support customers by phone and email and assist data entry into various database applications. This role emphasizes accurate data handling and responsive service within a collaborative team.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, 6–12 months of call center experience, fluent English, and a passion for sustainability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of related call center experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Interest in sustainability and meaningful environmental impact.
• Reliable home internet with min 50 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload; 70+ Mbps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive data and sourcing documents, compile, sort, interpret and verify data to be entered.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions.
• Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing system of applications, rebates and other supporting documents.
• Communicate effectively with other departments in servicing customers.
• Provide customer service via emails and phone calls.
• Other duties as assigned.
