Responsibilities

• Plan and implement program activities, conduct research, and prepare materials.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with guidelines and timelines.
• Schedule meetings and organize events; may record and distribute minutes.
• Provide office support and file records; prepare PowerPoint materials as needed.
• Ensure grant invoices are coded and processed for payment.
