Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners seeks an Assistant Property Manager to maintain a safe, attractive living environment and strong resident satisfaction. You will coordinate leasing, rent collection, and reporting, while supporting the Property Manager and Resident Services in a diverse community.

The role requires at least three years in property management or leasing, plus strong communication and Word/Excel skills. A fast-paced environment and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience in property management, leasing, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to quickly adapt to new applications.

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with residents, associates, management, and guests to address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Implement sales and marketing activities to achieve occupancy goals and adjust strategies based on market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including Fair Housing Act.
• Manage rent collection, delinquencies, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide direction to the team in the absence of the Property Manager.
• Support Resident Services initiatives and engage residents in programs and events.
• Prepare and distribute reports on operational and financial data.
• Assist in processing property expenses and vendor invoices.
