Job summary

Enterprise is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to maintain a safe, attractive living environment and ensure strong occupancy and financial performance. You will interact with residents, execute marketing strategies, and support the Property Manager in daily operations.

The role requires at least three years in property management, a high school diploma or GED, and COS/TCS certification or willingness to obtain. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in property management, leasing, or a related field.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• COS and TCS certification or equivalent; or willingness to obtain.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to use standard office software (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents and colleagues to address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Implement sales and marketing activities to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and Fair Housing Act.
• Manage rent collection and delinencies; maintain records.
• Oversee operations in the absence of the Property Manager.
• Prepare and distribute operational and financial reports.
• Assist in training and supporting other team members.
• Support other communities as assigned.
