• Minimum of three (3) years of property management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across digital platforms and in-person.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain resident and team relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ResMan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Director in daily property operations and resident needs.
• Foster positive relationships with prospective residents and inquiries.
• Ensure timely rent collection and accurate posting of payments.
• Oversee the eviction process following legal requirements when applicable.
• Train and mentor staff in leasing and sales techniques.
• Prepare and execute detailed, legally compliant lease agreements.
