• Demonstrated ability to manage data, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience with donor databases and donor communications.
• Familiarity with website content management and event data management.

Responsibilities

• Data, database & website management (30%): manage Bloomerang, integrity, reporting; maintain WordPress content; coordinate with hosts/vendors.
• Communications & event data management (25%): manage email marketing and event registrations; maintain attendee and donor records; provide on-site event support.
• Grant management & revenue support (15%): track grants, coordinate submissions, maintain documentation.
• Finance & administrative support (10%): assist budgets, track invoices and payments, identify process improvements.
• Organizational support & process improvement (10%): cross‑department collaboration; maintain records; update donor materials and governance documents.
• Executive Director & Board support (10%): assist with Board materials, governance documents, and packet preparation.
