Job summary

Grace Place for Children and Families seeks a Data Coordinator to join the Data Team. The role involves entering, maintaining, reviewing, and organizing information across student, family, donor, grant, and reporting systems.

You will support enrollment, attendance records, donor gifts, and ongoing data quality reviews to ensure accurate records across programs. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple systems and large spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and data-management experience.
• Ability to enter, review, and organize data across multiple systems.
• Commitment to confidentiality and accuracy in reporting.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain enrollment, attendance, and program data.
• Process donor gifts and maintain donor records in designated systems.
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports and ensure data quality across sources.
• Coordinate with program staff to resolve routine data discrepancies.
• Maintain documentation for corrections and follow-up activities.
• Support data system imports/exports and data-cleanup projects.
