ImpactLife seeks a Director of Operations Logistics & Data Analytics to lead a team delivering efficient scheduling and analytics across the Donor Outreach and Collections functions. You will guide resource utilization, develop predictive analytics, and ensure data-driven decisions throughout the four-state region.

The role demands strong leadership and communication, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and a focus on budget support and organizational targets within an on-site

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Working experience in logistics and/or scheduling, preferred.
• Equivalent combination of demonstrated work experience and education may be considered.
• Demonstrated skills in written and verbal communications, effectively communicating to individuals and groups.
