Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Marketing Specialist AE to evangelize nonprofit-focused marketing solutions across channels and devices. You will drive self-generated opportunities and own the full sales cycle, collaborating with an Account Team and acting as a trusted advisor to prospects.

The role requires a quota-bearing sales executive with experience in digital marketing technology, the ability to work independently or on a team, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside enterprise software sales experience.
• Digital Marketing sales experience required.
• Experience selling at the C-level is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert for how nonprofit customers leverage Salesforce Marketing solutions.
• Enable and support the Account team on Salesforce Marketing technology.
• Identify target accounts with Account/Territory teams.
• Generate revenue within a region or named accounts.
• Lead the full sales cycle including lead gen, deal strategy, and closure assistance.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Drive brand awareness and lead generation through networking and events.
• Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting.
