Job summary

Salesforce Marketing Specialist AE at Salesforce drives nonprofit marketing solutions across channels for named accounts. You will work as part of an Account Team and also as an individual contributor to generate opportunities and revenue in a defined region.

You will own the Salesforce Marketing technology stack, coordinate with solution engineering for compelling demos, and strive to exceed quotas while delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside enterprise software sales experience.
• Digital Marketing sales experience required with relevant marketing tech.
• Experience with the full Salesforce Marketing Technology Stack is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert on nonprofit use of Salesforce Marketing solutions.
• Enable and empower the Account team on Salesforce Marketing technology.
• Identify target accounts with Account and Territory teams.
• Generate revenue within a defined region and named accounts.
• Generate opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and prospecting.
• Own the sales cycle for the Salesforce Marketing stack including pricing and deal closure.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation.
• Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasts.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention.
• Be a team player.
