SNFout in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support the agency's mission by delivering strategic and hands-on human resources across programs. You will manage employee relations, performance, compliance, compensation, and HR operations in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

Working with the CHRO and HR team, you will foster a positive, inclusive workplace and ensure consistent HR practices, alignment with mission, and compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Master’s or PHR/SPHR preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in nonprofit or social services settings preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsabilités

• Coach management through employee relations and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct internal investigations for timely resolution.
• Coordinate performance reviews and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and funder regulations.
• Oversee personnel records, I-9s, background checks, and HRIS data.
• Support workforce planning and equity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Generate HR reports for leadership and Board.
