Qualifications

• Experience in direct, in-person sales is a plus but not required.
• Ability to carry a conversation with small business owners.
• Comfort with a fast-paced, performance-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting)
• Deliver NFIB's proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB's mission clearly and compellingly
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit
• Process membership payments on the spot
