You’ll present NFIB’s value, build quick rapport, and close memberships on the spot, leveraging a proven sales process and high earning potential.

Successful candidates are driven, coachable, and able to work in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment with ongoing training and performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to follow a proven sales process.
• Ability to engage small business owners and articulate NFIB’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB’s proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency.
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB’s mission clearly and compellingly.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
