The role emphasizes a hunter/closer approach with a structured sales model. Prior sales experience helps, but is not required, making growth and performance-based rewards central to success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NFIB's 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency.
• Build rapport and communicate NFIB's mission clearly and compellingly.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
