Ryder System, Inc. is hiring an Operations Coordinator in New Albany, OH. The role focuses on coordinating 4th party carrier relationships, ensuring SOP compliance, on-time delivery, and accurate invoicing. You will manage RAs, carrier communications, and daily open-RA reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year or more related experience required.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers.
• Update orders on RTBS and schedule with Network Carriers.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and related items for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly).
• Research 'Over 50' orders and obtain POD or follow up with customers for invoicing.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
