Job summary

Tapestry 360 Health—Chicago seeks a Development Coordinator to support donor database operations, gift processing, and fundraising systems. You will ensure data integrity, generate reports, manage online giving, and assist with grant reporting and events to advance our mission.

The role emphasizes data-driven donor engagement, meticulous record-keeping, and collaboration with Finance and the Development team to grow charitable support for our FQHC services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in nonprofit management, business administration, communications, or finance.
• 2–4 years nonprofit fundraising or donor database experience desired.
• Experience with donor CRM systems and grant reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain donor records and gift processing with accuracy.
• Produce fundraising reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Manage online giving platforms and online donation pages.
• Support grant reporting and donor stewardship communications.
• Coordinate fundraising events including galas and golf outings.
• Reconcile contributions with Finance and prepare donor tax receipts.
• Maintain donor pages on the organization’s website.
