Job summary

JAZZ HOUSE KiDS is seeking a Development Operations Manager to strengthen the Development Department's infrastructure. You will oversee CRM data, donor and grant records, and reporting while partnering with Finance to maintain reconciliation standards.

This role supports donor stewardship, analytics, and campaign calendars to grow fundraising impact. The position requires a 4-year degree, 3–5 years nonprofit development ops experience, and an ability to attend occasional weekend/evening events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's in related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of nonprofit development operations experience.
• Availability to attend weekend and evening events as necessary.
• Experience with donor databases and grant management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gift processing and data management in CRM; ensure accurate donation records and timely reporting.
• Maintain donor and grant records; provide reports for leadership and board presentations.
• Serve as Development team’s CRM administrator; train staff and uphold data integrity.
• Evaluate and implement new fundraising tools in collaboration with the Director of Development.
• Perform monthly finance reconciliations with the Finance team and ensure proper documentation.
