Job summary

Tapestry 360 Health is seeking a Development Coordinator to support donor data integrity, gift processing, and fundraising operations. You will manage donor records, generate reports, and help ensure accurate grants and campaigns while coordinating events.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with donor CRM systems, online giving platforms, and data analytics to strengthen donor engagement and advance our mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration, communications, finance, or related field preferred.
• Two to four years of nonprofit fundraising, development operations, or donor database administration experience preferred.
• Experience with donor CRM systems such as DonorPerfect, SafeSave, and AES.
• Experience processing charitable gifts, performing financial reconciliations, and supporting fundraising events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for DonorPerfect, SafeSave, and other fundraising systems.
• Maintain donor, gift, pledge, grant, and constituent records with data integrity.
• Create reports, dashboards, donor lists, and data queries to support fundraising and grants.
• Process charitable contributions including online gifts, checks, and stock gifts.
• Generate timely gift acknowledgments, tax receipts, and donor recognition communications.
• Reconcile gifts with Finance and maintain records of restricted/unrestricted funds.
• Produce weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual fundraising reports and dashboards.
• Track donor trends, LYBUNT/SYBUNT reporting, and campaign results.
• Support grant reporting and annual fundraising summaries with accurate data.
• Coordinate online donation pages, giving forms, and vendor troubleshooting for platforms.
• Manage event registration systems, donor recognition materials, and post-event reporting.
