Job summary

Wichita Tribal Enterprises (WTE), a Quivera Enterprises subsidiary, seeks an experienced Business Analyst – Change & Configuration Management, Intermediate, to support IA and OIT programs. The role focuses on CCM, configuration controls, and release-management practices across government projects.

You will collaborate with government stakeholders, project managers, technical teams, and security personnel to translate needs into actionable requirements, models, and test plans while supporting

Qualifications

• Minimum five years delivering business analysis for federal IT investments.
• Experience with change and configuration management (CCM) processes.
• Familiarity with CMDB, CCBs, and release-management activities.
• Knowledge of ITIL, SDLC, and cyber/privacy documentation.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and system requirements.
• Map current and target processes; propose modernization opportunities.
• Develop user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and backlogs.
• Prepare documentation for NIST 800-53 assessments.
• Support privacy, PII/PIAs, and privacy analyses.
• Create process models, diagrams, and workflows; maintain artifacts.
• Coordinate CCM activities, release-management, and CMDB data quality.
• Analyze CCM metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver outcomes.
