Job summary

Arc Experience seeks a Site Coordinator to lead afterschool programs across Southern California. You will plan daily activities, recruit and supervise staff, and foster strong school partnerships to support student growth.

Eligible candidates will have 2+ years in after-school programming, 1+ year of team leadership, and strong communication and organizational skills. Equal opportunity employer; benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in after-school programming operations and administrative skills.
• 1+ years’ experience managing a team.
• Excellent communication with kids, parents, and school staff.
• Ability to supervise staff with minimal direction and work collaboratively.
• Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
• COVID-19 vaccination documentation and background check requirements.
• CPR and first-aid training or certification within 12 months.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily afterschool programs and activities aligned with the mission.
• Ensure programs are engaging, age-appropriate, and support development.
• Recruit, train, and manage afterschool program staff.
• Serve as primary contact for school administration and partnerships.
• Develop staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
• Provide ongoing professional development for staff.
